Session seven hiding behind a shop bundle
We still think about the screenshot. A member in the waiting chairs sent the shop tile to the studio WhatsApp and asked if she had graduated. She had finished six sessions. Session seven was live. It was filed where no home row pointed.
This is the sort of finding a usage review exists for. No export would have named the folder. The completion table showed a drop after session six and an owner who blamed “motivation after Raya.” Motivation was not the first problem. The first problem was a merchandising block sitting in the place where a coach would have written “next.”
If you add a shop to a training app, give it a tab of its own. Do not let it inherit the slot of the next mat session. Members will believe they are finished. They will be polite about it. They will not argue with a shop.
