Privacy

Web Porch Point is the data controller for personal information sent through this website and during a commissioned review. Contact: hello@web-porchpoint.click, Level 9, 36 Demo Avenue, Johor Bahru 00000, +60 7 0000 5410.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms: name, email, optional preferred week, city, the review you selected, and your message.
• Booking and invoicing: the same, plus payment references you send by bank transfer.
• Review work: staff names you introduce, dummy or staff login details you provide, and notes from consented floor conversations. We ask you not to send full member lists with identity numbers.

We do not ask for health diagnoses, payment card numbers on this site, or copies of passports.

Why we hold it

To reply to enquiries, to perform a review you booked, to invoice, and to keep a record of what we wrote in case of a later dispute. Legal bases under Malaysian personal data rules include your consent (forms) and performance of a contract (paid reviews).

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become bookings are deleted after 18 months. Booking files, notes, and invoices are kept for seven years for accounting. Staff logins must be rotated by you when the review ends; we delete copies of passwords from our mail as soon as the dummy account works.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to limit how we use it, by writing to hello@web-porchpoint.click. You may complain to the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your information.

International transfers

Our email and static website hosting may store copies outside Malaysia. We use suppliers who contract to protect the information. Floor notes stay in our Johor Bahru working files unless you ask for a transfer to your own drive.
