App review

Studio booking calendar reading

When the member app holds the class list, we read waitlists, late cancels, and the 7 p.m. slot that looks full on paper and empty on the floor.

Some studios do not need a full usage review. They need someone to sit with the booking calendar and the late-cancel policy until the empty Tuesday 7:15 makes sense.

We compare the app’s class cards with the paper timetable at reception, note how waitlists release a space, and watch one peak hour as people tap “book” on the way in from the lift. The write-up is short: which copy makes a reformer class look like a waitlist trophy, and which reminder arrives after the member has already gone home for dinner.

This reading does not include rewriting your instructor bios. It does include a one-hour conversation with whoever answers WhatsApp when a member cannot find the spin room.
