Terms of use

These terms govern use of the website at web-porchpoint.click and the commissioning of reviews from Web Porch Point. By sending a booking note or paying a deposit you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not commission work.

The work

A review is a professional reading of a member-facing fitness app that you control or are licensed to show us. We provide written observations and a debrief. We do not supply software, hosting, or a continuing monitoring service unless a separate letter says so.

Intellectual property

You keep your app, exports, timetables, and member communications. We keep the structure of our bound note as our method. You may share the finished note inside your organisation. You may not republish it as a marketing brochure that implies we endorse the app vendor.

Access and consent

You confirm that staff logins and floor observations are authorised. You obtain spoken consent before a member shows us their screen. We will stop a floor hour if a member refuses.

Liability

We are not responsible for commercial decisions you take after a debrief, including changing vendors, firing staff, or altering class times. Our liability for a review is limited to the fee paid for that review. We do not exclude liability where Malaysian law does not allow exclusion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from a review booked with this desk, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.

Text and photographs on this website are for information. Rates may be confirmed in a written quote. Nothing on the site is a public offer that must be accepted at the published starting fee if intake shows a larger scope.
